I went to Pei Tong Primary School and after around 4 months, I transferred to Lian Hua Primary School where i completed my Primary School Education.
After PSLE, I applied for Hillgrove Secondary School as it was just behind where I was living. Although it is a neighbourhood school, I do not regret making that choice as it was very convinient for me to go school and return home.
My CCA during my 4 years in Secondary school is the Boys Brigade. Being in the 25th Company of the Boys Brigade was an honour as the officers and primers are kind and nice. I graduated Secondary school with a Staff Sergeant rank and a NYAA silver award. I served 70h of VIA points throughout my 4 years and participated in the 2016 School National Day Parade as part of the marching contingent. I also participated in Boy's Brigade JM Fraser award ceremony in 2014 and 2016 and which won gold award in both years.
At Secondary 4, my friends were talking about the Early Admission Excercise (EAE). They then asked if I would also like to participate in the EAE and give it a shot to secure my place in poly. I decided to do it as I feel that it will benefit me even if I do not get accepted as I will gain the experience. Luckily, I was accepted by Singapore Polytechnic and got a spot in the Information Technology course.
